HEY! Wouldn't it be cool if we could set out Goombas to chase the person ahead of you so you could go ahead of them as the Goomba makes the kart bump then the Goomba explodes?

Mad Bullet Bill!

How cool would it be if this power up lasted heaps longer than the original one and fires up and can shoot out fire to get opponents just like the ol' Fire Mario? Cool, huh?
