Rosalina is the owner of the Comet Observatory, and her first appearance was in Super Mario Galaxy, 2007. She is the mother of the Lumas. This is a Luma if you have NO idea what they are:

Rosalina is a heavy character in Mario Kart Wii. Her main kart is the Dragonetti. Her main bike is the Twinkle Star. It is actually kinda hard to unlock her.
